Sapphic Sounds: An LGBTQ Dance Party For Women and Gals

Details
๐ณโ๐ ๐ชฉSapphic Dance Night โ Free Entry! ๐๐ถ
Do you ever find yourself wishing as a LGBT woman/ femme-aligned person that you had somewhere to dance to music that celebrates women who love women and is free from men? Well your dreams have come true! Come and be the first people to move, mingle, and vibe at our Sapphic Dance Night.
Continuing the tradition of the Oxford Gay Action Group (OGAG) in 1972, we are taking over the upstairs function room of The Cape of Good Hope in the name of gay disco, but expect less Bowie and more Chapel Roan*. Be there at the launch of this historic event! Come early to mingle or join us from 9:30pm to dance the night away with our live DJ!
๐ Upstairs at The Cape of Good Hope Pub
๐
Saturday August 30th
๐ 7:30pm-12am
๐ธ Free entry!
๐ง Our very own Lesbian DJ (D-Jaz) will be live from 9:30pm spinning sapphic tunes โ from queer anthems to dancefloor bangers, expect music that celebrates women who love women. ๐ฉโโค๏ธโ๐ฉ
Bring your friends, or come solo and make new ones. Whether youโre dancing hard or just soaking up the energy, this is your space to be yourself.
โจ See you on the dancefloor!
