Embark on an unforgettable river trip with Paddleboard Maidenhead! Many of our guided trips depart from Boulters Lock in Maidenhead and take you along the scenic River Thames towards Cliveden. Once you get to know us and we you, then we will invite you to explore different stretches of the Thames.
For just £25 per person (plus an extra £20 if you don't have your own equipment), take to the water on one of our top-of-the-line paddleboards ! We paddle this scenic stretch almost every day however we can explore other stretches of the Thames when you are ready for a change of scenery, we paddle all times of the day.
Sign yourself up for a trip and or bring a friend or family member- they must of paddled at least once before or they need to take a SUP Starter class first, you can also use this as a refresher class, it will also be on the Thames if the conditions are right.
At least one experienced senior instructor will accompany you at all times. To book use this link

In order to reserve a space and find the times available, it is absolutely necessary to go through SUP Starters info and booking link, we cannot confirm your booking till you do this. We cannot use Meetup to confirm, we need alot more details and to sign a waiver form. We need to know your height to have the right board for you and emergency contact details. Not that we have had any accidents in the last 7 years of operating.

We can provide you with a fun beginners experience. This 2-hour session with a 1:4 instructor to novice paddler ratio, costs £50 each with £10 extra for board. Please don't buy a board for this first lesson. We advise you take your time as you progress the length and width of the board will evolve. we ensure personalised attention to everyone in our group according to their individual needs.
Starting with a seated position, we will guide you on manoeuvring the board, gradually transitioning to kneeling, and finally standing on the paddleboard. If you face any mobility challenges, don't hesitate to inform us so we can make the necessary provisions.

We love our evening paddles, there is not much river traffic and we seem to have the evenings much to ourselves. As the evenings warm up and lengthen we will offer more sunset paddles.
Just book to find an evening that suits you , if the weather turns sour or is too gusty and we think you won't enjoy it then we will postpone.
Just keep in touch by asking to be on our Paddlers WhatsApp Group, or join the SUP Club for £49 a month and paddle as much as you want ( need a board or we can lease you one till you decide on which one suits you best). The Sunset Paddleboarding experience costs £25, with an additional £20 for those requiring paddleboarding equipment. Open to individuals who have previous paddling experience and the capability to paddle for full 2hour duration. Please note that unaccompanied minors are not allowed and the activity may not suit youngsters.

*Weekly schedules* vary between Marlow, Boulters, Guards Club, Home Park Windsor, Cookham, Hurley, Medmenham, Thursday Sunset & Yoga sessions. Friday and weekend slots are available for group special requests. Timing for Sunset Paddles changes seasonally in accord with daylight hours and may be subject to change based on weather and river conditions.
*Beginner* Take a 2-hour SUP Starter session on the calm backwaters of the Thames before delving into Sunset Paddles.
In light of recent press coverage of water quality of the Thames,
we are part of a local river watch group to assess E.coli levels- Link to test results. Weekly tests show levels generally considered to be safe (less than a count of 100) . At present our local wild swimmers are enjoying this stretch of the Thames most day, heads down!
