Join us on Sunday 21 December at 08:00am (sunrise time 🌅) in Cala Nova for 108 sun salutations to honour the Winter Solstice.
Doing 108 Sun Salutations on the Winter Solstice is a ritual which symbolises renewal, we celebrate the return of light after the longest and darkest night.
We shed the old and welcome in new energy, using the sacred number 108 for transformation. It's a powerful, moving meditation.
This is a community free event, the goal is to gather as yogi community and practice together.
I will hold the space and open with a warm up followed by 108 sun salutations. Each of us follows our own pace and count, sharing the beautiful energy together.
