Speakeasy with live jazz

A relatively hidden, yet established and large, casual bar/"speakeasy" in Northern Pasadena featuring live music several nights a week: The 1881.

Come and hang out while supporting live music and local bar owners! There is plenty of street parking for free right outside the door.

This event will require you to pay a very rasonable entry fee of $10 to the venue plus, as always, $3 to Myanna, your hard-working meetup hostess (lol).

Please note that I do not know exactly what style jazz to expect that night. This is not a "following" type of music event, it's more a chance to come meet your peeps (us!), new folks, and getting out of the house on a somewhat boring weeknight in somewhat boring N. Pasadena, lol. Why not try it out?!

The music may be a bit loud, I'm not sure. It's an indoor stage, but in a relatively large bar.
