***THE STORY:
Starfinder 2e Adventure: A Cosmic Birthday (Part 2 of 3)
A Cosmic Birthday is a 3-part adventure that spans levels 1-4. It features mysterious creatures, unique aliens, cosmic horrors, lore, and dungeon crawling. Please note that this will be an abbreviated version of the published story. I want to have room for role-play and not only combat. We'll use the Starfinder 2nd Edition Playtest rules, which are free to download. The official rulebook is coming out at the end of the month.
***THE SCHEDULE:
Part 1: July 11 - levels 1-2 (completed)
Part 2: July 18 - levels 2-3
Part 3: July 25 - levels 3-4Each section of the adventure is reported separately and is episodic. However, for the overarching story experience, you might want to participate in all events, although I have some players who are coming for parts 2 or 3 due to scheduling.
***CHARACTER INFO:
You can start with one of the iconic pregens (leveled up to 2) or make your own level 2 Starfinder 2e character. Either way, you'll level up to 3 halfway through the session. Since this is an adventure, you have MORE character creation options with a free PF2e or SF2e archetype. You can use any ancestry, background, class, etc. in the playtest book, new Galaxy Guide, or Tech Class playtest. We'll use Discord to continue to build the party, so there's variety of classes/skills. Please note that reporting and credits for this playtest adventure are different than normal society events.
