This season is all about slowing down, tuning in, and nourishing the parts of you that give so much to everyone else. Join us for a restorative fall gathering designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath and your community.

We will start with a guided breathing exercise and gentle stretch to shake off stress and settle into presence, followed by a walking meditation to help you unplug and reconnect to yourself.

Learn simple seasonal nutrition ideas to support your body's natural rhythms this time of year, and connect with like-minded people.

This is your time to pause, breathe, and give back to you.

No experience needed, just bring comfortable shoes, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down.

I am a certified sound healer that uses crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz.

This is a 1 hour Sound Healing session. Timeline as follows:

12:45-1:00 Set up mats, introduction
1:00-2:00- Sound Healing
2:00-2:30-Discussion (optional)

Sound healing can release tension, promote relaxation, and restore harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. It is also a great way to learn meditation for beginners.

Make sure to bring:

• Yoga Mat
• Pillow
• Eye Mask
• Blanket if you get cold
• Pillow for under your legs if you get back pain
