Join us for an outdoor breathwork session that will leave you feeling calm, centered, and energized...
Whether you're dealing with stress, looking to deepen your self-awareness, or just curious about breathwork, this outdoor gathering is perfect for you. Our practice is similar to the Wim Hof method, enhanced with carefully selected music to help you connect more deeply with your breath.
I'll guide both newcomers and experienced practitioners through a 30-minute breathwork session in the fresh air. This practice is beginner-friendly and you can adjust the intensity to your comfort level at any time.
What to expect:
Most participants feel deeply relaxed, energized, and more connected to themselves. Many report a sense of peace, mental clarity, and release of accumulated stress. Some experience tingling sensations or waves of calm.
What to bring:
- Your own portable chair or yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Light layers in case the weather shifts
Please note:
- Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before
- Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or cologne
- Not recommended if you're pregnant or have uncontrolled high blood pressure or certain heart conditions
We meet at 11:00 AM - please arrive a few minutes early to get settled
