Come join us for a 6 - 8 mile out and back hike at Tohickon Valley / High Rocks Park
We will meet in the parking lot on Cafferty road at 9:00am. The hike begins promptly at 9:15 am.
Note this is an intermediate-level hike, featuring a dynamic trail with rocky terrain, surface roots, elevation changes, muddy areas, stream crossings, and a few steep hills both up and down. The pace is moderate and intended for experienced hikers.
What to Bring:
- Sturdy hiking boots are a must sneakers are not suitable for this trail
- Trekking poles good to use on hills
- Water and snacks – we’ll take breaks along the way especially at the halfway point
- Wear layers of clothing – as the weather can be unpredictable

- The hike will only be canceled for heavy wind, rain, ice or snow.
