Who is Valient Thor?

A mysterious man came out of a spaceship which landed at the Pentagon in 1957. He met with the then president, Dwight D. Eisenhower. He claimed to be from Venus. Who is that man and what transpired from there? I will give a brief talk about this man and what I had found out along the way of my research and talking to various people, including Dwight's grand niece Laura Eisenhower! Perhaps there is much to be learned from our ET neighbours!
