Join us for an inside look at what it takes to deliver a successful large‑scale transformation.

Large transformation programs are never easy and always complex. Despite the best intentions, many are derailed by surprises, detours, and misalignment. But there is another way.

Our November meetup will be another journey under the hood of a real-world transformation.

Recently completed, this multi‑year program at HBF revealed a series of proven steps for leaders to better navigate disruption and achieve their vision.

HBF reached a strategic turning point in 2019. With ambitions to expand its services and enhance support for a large customer base, it needed to modernise core systems dating back several decades.

The transformation program focused on overhauling customer relationship management, marketing automation, digital platforms, data integration, and cloud infrastructure, while introducing a new Agile operating model.

Mindful of common pitfalls, the leadership team adopted flexible, risk‑informed strategies that evolved the organisation into a modern, market‑leading business.

Come down to Riff on 5th November as our speakers Lesley Bremner Bell, Jo Gallyot and Alex Micallef-Jones share the crucial lessons from this multi-year transformation journey.

As usual, there will be time for Q&A at the end, followed by networking over drinks and pizzas.
