Improv will definitely improve your overall mental health. This class is for people who struggle with mental health and want to feel better. In this class I will teach you the rule of improv, which is 'Yes and.' To say yes to your scene partner. No acting experience required. Just yourself.
A bit about the class, It will be taught by inexperienced teacher, (don't worry, I've done improv before)
The rule is to just have fun and it make you feel better after class. We'll be playing improv games and do a 3 sentence scene.
