Wellness Retreat Day - a day to rest , restore, find balance and connect.
We are excited to be holding this day at the beautiful Gloria's place of wellness in the Swan Valley. A bio about each facilitator will be given below
The day will include :

Gentle and restorative Yoga with Linda Hollenberg

Kinesiology with Jaime Coomber - Jaime will be offering information on how to muscle monitor to check your own stress in your body and how our chakras work in the body systems.

Essential oils and using them in our self care routines , aromatouch hand massages with Julie Burgers & Jodie Gibson.

Sound with Teresa Galvin
-
Meditation with Gail Oats
A healthy Lunch will be included and there will be time to wander around the gardens for some grounding and connecting time as well.
Please note Cancellation Information:
We have 25 spots open for the retreat. Spots are limited to only this number. If after booking something comes up that you can no longer attend we will happily offer a refund however no shows and cancellations on the day or the day before will not be offered or eligible for a refund .
What to Bring and Wear
Please wear comfortable movement clothes and socks
Please bring a Yoga mat or equivalent,eye mask or pillow, small rug and pillow if you wish and a bottle of water.
Food
Please advise if any food preferences or allergies. I have added a form to the booking link but just a reminder.
