Systems Coaching Organisations and Teams with ORSC

Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) pioneered by Marita Fridjhon and Faith Fuller is a practitioner’s toolkit that enables you to be more skillful in accessing the full potential of organisations, teams, and partnerships leveraging their own collective intelligence - Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™️).

A Systems Coaching model is needed to be able to fully lean into and leverage your organisation's or team's Relationship Systems Intelligence. This can be a notable paradigm shift for many Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters whose default might be coaching individuals over the organisation or team as a whole. It certainly was for me, I first came across ORSC in 2018, and it has fundamentally changed how I work with organisations and teams!

In this in-person and interactive session, we will:
* Understand what a System and Relationship Systems Intelligence™️ is and the 5 RSI™️ Principles you need to hold when systems coaching
* Go deeper into one out of the 5 RSI™️ Principles through peer learning
* Share more about Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching and its impact on Agile Teams
