300g of Futari Wagyu rump cap, cooked medium rare and served with frites and baby Cos salad.
Choose your finish with green peppercorn, chimichurri or torched café de Paris butter for $35 per person.
Add a glass of Barossa Shiraz 🍷 or a middie of beer 🍺 for $5.
