Today's discussion is on The Venturis Talent and Mindset framework as a two-by-two matrix, with talent and mindset as the axes. This framework is designed to help individuals and organizations understand the importance of both high talent and a strong mindset in achieving success.
This is an online Zoom meeting, and we encourage participants to join on a computer with a camera installed.
This Zoom meeting will also offer networking opportunities, including 15 minutes to ask questions at the end of the agenda.
