Sacred Sound Bath

Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and gongs to carry you into deep relaxation and renewal.

Immerse yourself in a soundscape that calms the mind, restores the body, and nourishes the soul.

You'll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to your natural state of love and peace.

This sound bath will be capped at 10 participants.

Please bring a yoga mat and any blankets or pillows you would like.
Please arrive five minutes early to get settled.
