Let's gather and capture the lunar eclipse from different places of Hyderabad.

All the places will reveal at the meeting point only which will be shared through the whatsapp group of RSVP participants.

Note : We might shoot from one place only and this will be decided at the time of shoot only.

• Carry macro lens too if you are a macro photographer or if you are interested in photographing the macro world and wind will be the real challengem

• Tripod

• Wear shoes

• Power Bank

• Extra battery & memory card is always a good choice.

• Rain cover or polythene cover or umbrella.

ABOUT KULASAI DASARA
Kulasai Dasara (Dussehra) is a cult rural festival celebrated during the famous Dussehra festival time in the 300 years' old Sri Mutharamman Temple or Kulasai Mutharamman Temple located in the small town Kulasekharapatnam, near Thiruchendur in Thoothukudi District of Tamil Nadu.

• Tuticorin ( 40km away )
• Madurai ( 180 km away )

Nearest Railway Station

• Tiruchendur ( 1-2 km away ).

ITINERARY
30th September 2025 : All participants will meet at the Hotel by 6pm and will have a pre-note about the workshop.

01st October 2025 : Will explore rural areas around Sri Mutharamman temple and photograph the festival activities.

02nd October 2025 :

• This is the main day of the festival and we can capture dramatic frames.
• A huge crowd will be there on this day.
• Morning will explore the rural villages.
• Post lunch will go to the Kulasai beach and temple where the major festival will happen.
• 2nd Oct night will be halting at the beach itself to cover early morning festival happenings on 3rd October.

03rd October 2025 :

• Morning will reach the hotel and will have breakfast.
• Will have a wind up note.

TRIP COST Rs 16500/- ( trip starts at Tiruchendur and ends at Tiruchendur).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• 1st Installment ( before 30th April 2025 ) ; Rs 5500/-
• 2nd Installment ( before 31st May 2025 ) ; Rs 5500/-
• 3rd Installment ( before 30th June 2025 ) ; Rs 5500/-

• Hotel stay - twin sharing at Tiruchendur.
• Local transportation ( 3 days ) from Hotel to all villages and temple to cover the festival activities and back to Hotel.
• All vegetarian meals start from 30th September dinner till 3rd October 2025 breakfast.

CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel the trip , the following charges will be applicable ( on the total amount ) based on the time period.

• 90 days or more : 25%
• 60 days or more : 50%
• 30 days or more : 75%
• Less than 30 days : Non refundable.

DAY 01 ( Friday ) 10th October 2025

10th October 2024 at 06.00pm - AC sleeper bus journey.

DAY 02 ( Saturday ) 11th October 2025

• Morning will check in at Home stay, Kolhapur.
• Rest and Lunch.
• Evening will go to Pattan kodoli, festival happening to understand about the place.
• Night will return to homestay and take rest.

DAY 03 ( Sunday ) 12th October 2025

• Early in the morning we will reach Pattan kodoli where the festival happens.

• We will witness and document the festival.

• We will comeback to homestay by evening and checkout.

• Night at 8pm our journey starts back to Hyderabad by an AC sleeper coach bus.

DAY 04 ( Monday ) 13th October 2025

• We will reach Hyderabad by 09.00am-10.00am depends on the bus arrival.

NOTES

• Only 5 limited slots.
• Full payment is mandatory to confirm your slot.
• If we cancel the tour , full refund will be given.
• If a participant cancels the tour no refund is entertained within 15 days to the date of Journey. If you cancel before 3 weeks to the date of journey , 50% will be refunded.
