A 45-minute Physio-Led Pilates for a Cause ‍♀️ session on Sunday, March 1 at Yarra Bend Park, Kew.

It’s a gentle outdoor Pilates class guided by Gemma, a physiotherapist and founder of Micromovements.

The session supports mental health awareness, with all proceeds going to SANE Australia

Let’s move together No pressure at all — just sharing in case it sounds like something you’d enjoy
