Beginners Tumbling Acrobatics

ever wanted to learn to do a cartwheel ? or maybe you would like to do what you could do as a child ?

Come join in our Adults Tumbling Acrobatics class.

This class is made for beginners, So the skills we focus of learning are cartwheels both sides, handstands on walls and in the middle of the room, bridges and variations, forward rolls, backward rolls, jumps and more.

We start the class off with warm up and conditioning. Then we move into a circuit of mat skills, wall drills and jumps on air track. We end class with stretching.

This class is every Thursday evening at 6 pm in Rozelle.

We offer an intro offer of unlimited classes for $25 for 2 weeks. We also offer drop in classes for $27 and lots of class passes ranging form $24-26 per class
