Hiking at Ramapo Valley County Reservation

Details
We will be returning to Ramapo Valley County Reservation for another hike led by John. The hike should take approximately one hour and is intermediate to advanced. It includes approximately 25 minutes of uphill climb while navigating large rocks/boulders and then an equal amount of time in a steep descent. Afterwards we can decide if/where we would like to go for lunch.
The trail will once again be the Scarlet Oak Pond to MacMilan Reservoir trail. Please take into consideration that the path is a bit strenuous, very uneven, includes large deep rock stair climbs, and may be difficult for anyone with joint, back, knee, cardiovascular, etc. issues. Please bring water and wear appropriate attire. It is recommended that hiking boots be worn instead of sneakers and hiking poles can be very helpful. Inclement weather will cancel the walk. Please read disclaimer below.
