Join us at Hilltop Community Park and Recreation Center on October 11, 2025 at 9:00 AM for a fun, 1-hour, cardio-strength, energetic outdoor Walking Dumbbell Workout.

Certified Personal Trainer, Nina Shantel, will start everyone off walking in place in the middle of the park while practicing biceps, shoulders and triceps exercises with light dumbbells, and then we’ll progress by walking around the park, while performing the dumbbell strength exercises.

Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, this event is perfect for all levels.

Don't forget to bring your light dumbbells (1 set of 2-lb or 3lb dumbbells) and register for this event!
