Join us this Friday 8 August at 6pm at Alma Bay for a special evening under the full moon of:

We’ll gather in circle, sip heart-opening cacao, and move through a guided dance journey to reconnect with our bodies, release tension, and express freely.

What is Somatic Dance?
Somatic dance is a facilitated, freeform movement practice with banging tunes that invite you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. By focusing on breath, sensation, and instinctive movement, it helps regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate embodied presence, emotional expression, and self-awareness.

Why Cacao?
Ceremonial cacao is a natural, unprocessed form of chocolate rich in theobromine, magnesium, and mood-enhancing compounds like anandamide and phenylethylamine. It supports increased blood flow, heart opening, mental clarity, and a gentle uplift in mood which makes it ideal to connect us through movement and inner exploration.

Who is Faciltating?
Tegan is a trained hatha yoga teacher, somatic dance facilitator and somatic therapist. She is passionate about creating space where you can release patterns that are holding you back and find your truest authentic expression through your body.
