At our upcoming PMI monthly Lunch and Learn, we’ll be using the Lean Coffee format to guide our discussion. This is a structured but agenda-less meeting format that enables peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.

• Here’s how it works:
• We’ll start by collecting topics or questions from attendees—anything relevant to project management.
• You can suggest topics in advance by entering them on this form: Google Survey Form
• Everyone will vote on which topics they’re most interested in.
• We’ll then discuss them in order of priority, timeboxing each topic to keep the conversation focused and efficient.
• The goal is to create a collaborative space where project managers can share ideas, insights, and challenges. This format encourages active participation and ensures that the conversation reflects what matters most to the group.
