About us
We are a global circle of women who meet to access our own internal guidance system through Intentional Creativity®. This is a process incorporating writing, visioning, sketching and painting to help us each develop a deeper sense of self awareness.
Event hosts are graduates of Color of Woman, Motherboard, Prisma or RT Guide trainings, or students in one of these programs. Certification is through Musea and visionary artist and founder, Shiloh Sophia. We also have several Cosmic Smash book teachers, certified by Catt Geller. . Occasionally we will have a guest host from another mindful creative practice.
Each teacher draws from her personal medicine basket of practices and experiences; our gatherings and offerings reflect that rich heritage.

Most of our hosts live throughout the Pacific NW, in Washington and Oregon. Check each artist's bio for links to her website and other info. Please contact the presenter if you have questions about her offering. Linda Allen or Nadya King can assist, if you would like to host an event!

You're invited to Join us for creativity and a Red Thread Circle** from your own cozy home!
Pour a cuppa, gather your supplies, (perhaps some chocolate!) your Red thread, and join us for a simple project & sisterhood.SoulCollage®️ Supplies:
Index cards or matboard (5×7" or 5x8"), some magazines for background image, a central image that bring a smile and some hearts; acid free glue stick, scissorsAny other craft supplies that bring a smile
**In Red Thread Circles, we come together and interweave the common threads of our stories via creativity.
SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage process used for self-discovery created by Seena Frost. Choose a background, and several images which grab your interest, and glue them onto an index card or matboard. (5×7" or 5x8")
Over time, you can create your own personal deck of collaged cards, each offering its own unique voice.Led by Nadya - newly certified SoulCollage®️ facilitator!

Word of the Year - Deepening

The last Friday of each month, Cindy will offer Mixed Media creative practices, plus creating and meeting a SoulCollage®️ card, to support your guiding word for 2026.
Pour a cuppa, gather your supplies and join us for a simple project & sisterhood.
Suggested supplies:
Art journal or smashbook
Collage kit, including substrate (5×7" or 5×8"): mat board, mixed media paper, or thin cardboard from the recycling, plus glue stick, and scissors. You might want to make a cardstock frame the size of your card, to help with image placement.
Images: old magazines, thrift store books, junk mailMark making: Markers, Watercolor, gouache, acrylic, pens and/or colored pencils. A couple of Paintbrushes.
Cindy's workshops are always enriching and uplifting - and fulfilling for your Creative Muse!
