Mental Health & Suicide Awareness Walk

Details
Isabel Justo (Meta 1111 yoga studio owner) has been organizing these walks every September since 2021. They are quite special and touching events. What you can expect so far from this year's walk:
- FREE t-shirts and gift bags (included: water and snacks for the journey),
- Speeches by those whose lives, families, and friends have been affected by issues of mental health and suicide,
- A joint walk up Mount Royal to Beaver Lake,
- Complimentary lunch (salads from 3 soeurs) at Beaver Lake.
I will also be singing for the event this year.
Spread the word and share! We meet at the Monument George Etienne-Cartier. See the poster for details.

This walk is a FREE event; no registration is required.---
