What we’re about
Port City Golf Club is a social group of men and women golfers. We have 18 hole golf events on weekends and 9 and Dines on Tuesday or Wednesday from April through October. We have at least one or two trips that includes 3 rounds of golf. The host for each event will create foursomes remembering our focus on socialization.
Our golf outings cover Pender, New Hanover and Brunswick counties as well as at least one or two travel locations for 3 rounds of golf.
We welcome all golfers and ask that you play ready golf and keep up the pace of play.
The schedules for the year are posted under photos (must be on a computer to see it).
IMPORTANT PROCEDURES: Port City Golf Club Venmo is @PCGC2020.
Events will be posted approximately two weeks in advance for you to RSVP. You are welcome to attend 1 event before becoming a Member in Good Standing. After that, you must be a Member in Good Standing to RSVP GOING to any 18 hole events. Venmo Port City Golf Club $25 to become a Member in Good Standing for the year. By doing so you agree to the PCGC cancellation policy. If you RSVP Gong and then cancel after noon on the Wednesday before the event or not show you are no longer a Member in Good Standing and will have to Venmo $25 to Port City Golf Club to be reinstated as a Member in Good Standing and be eligible to golf in future 18 hole events. In the event of uncertain weather, the PCGC board may choose to waive the cancellation policy for that event.

Please arrive at the specified time and check in with the host. Your host will assign you to a foursome in keeping with our organization's desire for socialization and meeting new people.

Your event host will send out the tee times and foursomes 1 to 2 days in advance

Leopard’s Chase offers many challenges and panoramic views. This par-72 course is as scenic as it is enjoyable to play. You will encounter forced carries, generous landing areas and dramatic elevation changes. As you travel the 18 holes you will also notice a varied terrain accompanied by stunning natural vistas. One of the many distinguishing characteristics of this Cate creation is the masterful use of the natural and man-made water features that appear throughout the entire layout. Featuring magnificently manicured L-93 bentgrass greens, this coastal masterpiece is truly a vision to behold.
