Meditation helps us to perceive the reality of our existence, free from the false concepts of the world that clutter our minds.
We learn techniques and methods to calm the mind and to activate the consciousness.
Until we embrace our real identity as spiritual beings, we will always be searching outside ourselves for happiness. True happiness is already inside us.
This talk will be followed by a short meditation practice. No prior experience is necessary. Cushions, blankets and meditation stools will be provided.
