Vladimir Nabokov: "Symbols and Signs"

Thanks for everyone who came out to discuss Chekhov last week. There was some mutual interest in doing a Nabakov story, so in keeping with the Russian theme but switching back to the English language, we'll do this short from the famed author of Lolita and world renowned butterfly expert. (That's true. The Harvard Museum of Natural History still houses Nabokov's personal collection of male blue butterfly genitalia.)
