Let's meet for about an hour and a half at the field/amphitheatre area behind the Mt Tabor visitor center parking lot. We can chat for a bit and depending on the weather and what people feel like, we can do some seated meditation, walking meditation, moving meditation, breathing exercises and the like. I can introduce/guide some practices that I have used, and I encourage other people to share or introduce things that work for them.

We often go for a short walk on uneven ground, so please wear good shoes.

If you are running late, please message the group chat -- otherwise we may leave the meeting area to find a more private spot.
