There’s something magical about moving with the rising sun, when the world is still soft and open. Sunrise Hatha is a 75-minute morning ritual designed to awaken your strength, clear your energy, and connect you deeply with the rhythm of the sea and the fire of summer.
This isn’t just a class, it’s a sacred space to come back to yourself.
We begin with energy cleansing and a moment of meditation to arrive, settle, and breathe. Then we move into a strong, empowering Hatha sequence, where breath meets movement, and every posture becomes an offering, to your body, your presence, your inner fire.
We close with stillness, integration, and a warm cup of medicinal tea by the ocean, a moment to simply be, held by the breeze and the beauty of the morning light.
This class takes place by the beach (not on the sand), with a stunning view of the sea and the sounds of the waves as your background. It’s a fresh, open-air practice, so bring a light jacket or sweater to stay warm during the meditation and tea moments.
Whether you come to build strength, clear your mind, or reconnect with something deeper, this class invites you to show up as you are, and leave feeling alive, clear, and grounded.
Led by Cris, a yoga teacher, energy healer, and student of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, the session blends tradition, breath, movement, and energy into a unique and powerful experience.
What to bring:
Your mat or towel, fresh water, a cup for tea, and a light jacket or blanket for after the session.
Practice light: Please avoid eating 1.5 hours before, and drinking liquids 1 hour before, to support your energy and flow.
