(in-person talk) Upgrade Your Mindset: Small Shifts, Big Results
Friday 27th June
Time: 6.00 - 7.30pm
Address : 1st Floor, Inner Space, 6 King's Parade, Cambridge CB2 1SJ (Above Spoon Struck)
We all carry beliefs - some spiritual or religious, others deeply personal. A person might believe no one loves them, or assume they’ll develop arthritis in old age. Some beliefs are grounded in evidence; others arise from experience, fear, or assumption. They influence how we think, feel, and respond—shaping not only our health but our entire experience of life. One belief can colour an entire lifetime with sorrow, even when the world offers beauty and possibility. In this session, we’ll explore the hidden power of beliefs and how a shift in awareness can open the door to healing, hope, and a more joyful way of living. Free of charge, no need to book. Welcome to come at 5.50pm for refreshments.

Dr. Kakoday has shared his insights on these topics in various countries and institutions, including the World Health Organization and the Medical Teaching Program in the U.S.A.
We are organising lectures and seminar programs throughout the year, bringing you spiritual ideas and practical insights for your everyday life. Our guest speakers come from different cultures and professional backgrounds and share experiences and observations that simply help make sense of it all.
