Modern life places constant demands on our attention, energy, and emotions. This session explores how inner calm can become a stable reference point rather than a rare escape. Through practical insights, reflection, and gentle experience, discover how calm strengthens clarity, decision-making, and resilience in everyday situations.

This session is based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation and philosophy as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK). Raja Yoga is a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws that govern us all.
