Coach Quinn's 13th Annual Crazy Christmas Hat and Sweater Christmas Cookout

Each Year I throw a big Christmas Cookout for my group, Get Out Today RVA. (gotRVA) This year, I want to invite all P.O.W.E.R. Pickleball Instructional Classes (PPIC) members to participate.

Join us on Saturday Night, December 6th for my annual BIG event, Get Out Today RVA's 13th Annual Crazy Christmas Hat and Sweater Christmas Cookout. Come dressed up in your craziest Christmas outfit, costume, sweater, and/or hat. Get ready to strut your stuff and show off your outfit.

In addition, I will have my Pickleball Court lit up and available for play, so come early and bring your paddle.

WHEN: Saturday, December 6th. It starts around 6:30ish and ends when the last person leaves. You can arrive when you want, and leave when you need, but no matter when you arrive, DON'T MISS OUT on all the fun.

SUPPLIED: Our backyard with all the decorations. One Pickleball court. We will have TWO Fire Pits going to keep you warm. As for food, we will supply the hamburgers, buns, and all the fixings. We will also have plenty of paper and plasticware. Plus, I will have my large hot water percolator going with hot chocolate, hot apple cider mix, and hot coffee to help keep you warm.

WHAT YOU BRING: This event is Pot Luck Style, so you bring a side dish to share, your own adult beverage, and some Christmas Cheer. No White Elephant gift exchange this year.

COST: This event is FREE, but supplies and food can be costly. We would greatly appreciate any contribution of $5, $10, or more to help cover the expenses. The gotRVA donation can will be placed on the stereo.

WHERE: The party will be held on the Southside in Morgan and Lisa's backyard. We are located near the intersection of Hull Street and Bailey Bridge Road. Our address is 11340 Stigall Court, Chesterfield, VA 23112.

PARKING: The is plenty of parking on the street. When you arrive, walk up the driveway, around the pickleball court, and into the backyard.

CANCELATION: Rain and/or freezing temperatures will cancel this event. A cancellation decision will be made by 2pm. If canceled, this event will be rescheduled for the next weekend.
