Have you ever heard about "lucid dreaming", did you experience that?
How can we bring more lucidity, awareness, consciousness, into our dreams?

We spend about 1/3 part of our lives dreaming, usually, being completely «switched off», unconscious.

Can we become MORE AWARE during the time of sleep? Can we become MORE AWAKE during our daily lives?
Join the class to learn more!

"Enlightened people do not dream at their sleep" – Zhuang Zi

This will be an exploration of lucidity in the world of dreams! This is a very interesting and a rarely taught in depth topic.

Savez-vous que vous pouvez étudier quand votre corps dort au lit? Practice your awareness even when your body recovers in peace...

"Always know and remember that you are more than the physical body."
-Robert Monroe

We will work with a powerful combination of proven-to-work methods for lucid dreaming:
*Awareness of the present moment
*Brain hemispheres synchronization
*Setting a powerful intention
*Reality checks
*The power of sound to raise inner vibrations
*Lie down practices of astral projection

Increase your lucidity – make your dreams more vivid and meaningful – realize that you are are dreaming – aim for a wide awake conscious state of perception.
Use the time of sleep for both deep rest and incredible learning. Live life fully, mindfully.

BE IN THE WORLD OF DREAMS AND KNOW THAT YOU ARE DREAMING
