I hope you enjoyed the first Prague AI-Driven Software Meetup — 90 people showed up, and the turnout alone proved there’s real momentum for building a serious community around AI-native software in Czechia and Europe. We’re taking that energy and turning it into something even more practical: a working session focused on what to build next.

## Next meetup: Agentic Startup Canvas & Ideas for Agentic Software

This meetup is designed for builders, founders, product leaders, and researchers who don’t just want to talk about “agents,” but want to leave with clearer thinking, sharper opportunity sensing, and a concrete structure for turning ideas into real AI-native startups.

### What we’ll do

We’ll introduce the Agentic Startup Canvas — a new canvas built as an iteration on Lean Canvas and Business Model Canvas, but redesigned for the realities of agentic software. The point is simple: classic canvases were made for products with static features and predictable workflows. Agentic products behave differently: they act, adapt, learn, coordinate, and operate inside real human environments. They need a canvas that captures that.
Then we’ll do what most meetups don’t: we’ll use the canvas as a shared language to generate, critique, and refine the most brilliant ideas for agentic software that people should be building right now — across categories like workflow execution, research systems, decision support, operational copilots, and AI-native infrastructure. The goal is to surface ideas that are not just “cool,” but strategically positioned and actually buildable.

### Research pack: shared for free

Before the meetup, we will share research inside the Discord community. The output will be compiled into a structured, high-signal research pack — and it will be made available for free to everyone attending this meetup. It will include: emerging categories, patterns, promising “agentic wedges,” and a curated map of where the biggest leverage seems to be right now.

### Speakers and format

This meetup will include short opening talks to set the frame, followed by guided discussion and idea work.
Confirmed speaker:

  • Patrick Zachar (Productboard) — focusing on how AI-first product thinking translates into real-world product design decisions, and what it means for the next generation of software.

We’re also actively trying to confirm another investor to add the investment lens to the discussion (how to recognize the strongest agentic opportunities, and what will matter in this new wave).

We’re currently looking for a venue. If you can offer a space in Prague suitable for an evening meetup (ideally for a strong turnout), please message us — we’ll be grateful for suggestions or introductions.
