Stress, Spine & Strength is a guided therapeutic yoga workshop designed to help you reset these patterns safely.
This 3-hour session focuses on:
• Nervous system relaxation
• Gentle spinal decompression
• Strength without strain
• Breath practices for stress reset
• Practical tools to support posture and movement in daily life
Participants will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more supported in their bodies, with simple techniques they can continue using at work and at home.
This workshop is also the first session in our Therapeutic Yoga Workshop Series, where each workshop explores specific aspects of pain, recovery, and movement through yoga.
No prior yoga experience is required.
