This meditation was developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, the Philippines based founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga . It is a technique to achieve illumination or "Universal Consciousness". It does not follow any specific religious belief or guru (teacher). The Wesak Festival, celebrated at the Full Moon in Taurus, is the most spiritually potent time of the year in esoteric tradition, marking a sacred moment when the Buddha appears in the etheric realm to transmit Divine Will from Shamballa to humanity. Acting as a cosmic bridge between Heaven and Earth, this event empowers the Christ and the Spiritual Hierarchy to distribute energies of light, love, and purpose through receptive disciples and groups. It offers a profound opportunity for spiritual alignment, group service, and anchoring of the Divine Plan for the evolution of humanity.

While the Wesak Festival is a sacred annual event, Wesak 2025 marks a major turning point in planetary evolution. According to esoteric teachings, it aligns with a powerful Shamballa impact cycle, when a surge of Divine Will energy is released from the planetary center, to accelerate humanity's spiritual progress.
