Hello fellow mindfulness enthusiasts/calmness-seekers/happiness increasers,

We're an online and in-person mindfulness practice group guided by UCLA-trained, IMTA-certified mindfulness teacher Sheela Singla.

I define mindfulness as paying attention to our present-moment experiences with kindness, curiosity, non-judgment, and while seeing things as they are.

Join us February 10 from 3 pm-4 pm at 2650 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 for a mindfulness practice and guidance for your problems with managing stress, emotional health, and mental health

I am also teaching March 3, 2024 from 2 pm-3 pm at the Coppell Public Library.
