Tai Chi Class

Certified Instructor by Grand Master William CC Chen, Dennis Zhang, offers classes of Yang Style Tai Chi at Van Nest Park:

Time: Saturday, May 17, 2025, 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Teach the Yang Style Tai Chi short form with 60 movements learned from William CC Chen. All levels are welcome. Each movement will be decomposed into smaller movements and analyzed.

Loose clothing and simple flat footwear are recommended.
