HIKE & MEDITATE ::

Thursday May 15th from 6-7:30pm.
Location: Huckleberry Botanical Regional Preserve

Back in 2019 we launched this event to gather people together to hike & meditate in the East Bay hills. Forest Bathing. Yes, that's a thing! We usually hike about 20-30min, meditate 20-30min, then hike back. Sometimes we have a potluck as well & share food & conversation after.

This event will be 2x a month. Locations will vary but generally in Berkeley Hills or Oakland Hills. Occasionally we will host day long retreats with yoga, breath work, live sound bath (gongs, crystal bowls, etc) in Nature & camp outs with "All The Good Stuff" including SUP & Kayak options!

We also host Dance The Change silent disco pop up parties at parks & beaches about 2x a month. Get on our email list for all of the above announcements & to stay in the loop!
