In this Meet Up we will be covering this topic from the works of Mr L. Ron Hubbard, where we go beneath all these “solutions” to provide the basic knowledge of what actually constitutes understanding.

Rise Above: Navigating Life’s Ups and Downs 

*A dive into George Orwell’s Newspeak through his own description at the time the book 1984 was written, which included a full outline of the destruction of grammar and vocabulary. This session examines how critical thinking and the ability to communicate can be completely destroyed simply by destroying grammar and its correct use, and why it is so important to ensure grammar be taught in its entirety.*

This series is being delivered by Delphine Ryan, engineer and educator. Delphine has homeschooled her children, and now works as a consulting safety engineer in aviation and shipping.

She has spent the past 20 years researching what is at the root of the worldwide decline in education, and what are the best solutions to reverse this decline and ensure that our children and future generations are literate, have expert critical thinking abilities and can create a bright future.

In this series, Delphine will share the outcome of the research, and share effective solutions based on direct experience and application, and extensive knowledge sharing with other like-minded educators.

Hello Everyone,

Some of you will have met us online, well now is your chance to come and meet us in person.

We are going to be hold a series of these coffee socials (don’t worry if you don’t like coffee – Sarah doesn’t either!) where we will have a topic of discussion and then have a chance to network with one another.

Don’t worry if you are shy, some of us are too and it will be a safe space where we make sure everyone is included in the conversation and feels welcome!

We were recently reminded of the phrase “a problem shared is a problem halved” and this is an opportunity for you to share if you want to and also make friends with likeminded people.

The format will be a talk from one of our life coaches on a popular topic, then we will have an interactive discussion around it and then allow for conversations, networking and also a chance to chat with us.

As life coaches we help people overcome social anxiety and build confidence and whilst we will encourage you to participate, there will never be any pressure for you to speak in front of others.

The Meet Up will take place in a central location in Birmingham and once you have RSVPed I will get in touch with the exact address & postcode.
