Www.Californiaqigong.com is kicking off a Beginners Qi Gong online course, Sunday Sept. 28, 2025 at 4:30-5:30 pm Pacific.

Qi Gong is a 3,000 year old healing art developed in China, and recognized by the U.S. National Institutes of Health, Veterans Administration, Kaiser and major medical providers in the U.S. for its enormous benefits.

This 3 month class (meeting weekly online on Sunday afternoons, with 3 other weekly online classes available as well at no added cost) will teach you posture, centering, rooting, visualization and breathing techniques to clear toxic and stagnant energy from your body and replace it with healthy life force energy or "chi." You will feel lighter, more connected to your own body and to nature, more resilient and calm, and rebalance your energetic equilibrium to a healthier, more relaxed and integrated state.

If you cannot attend at this time, or miss some live sessions, all classes are recorded and available to members in archives, along with hundreds of hours of other qi gong classes and slide materials. The course fee of $30/month gives you access to not only this Sunday afternoon course, but additional optional live classes Tuesdays at 9 am, Thursdays at 5 pm, and Saturdays at 830 am Pacific, as well as the archive of recorded classes and materials.
