In-person community meeting for local residents to discuss Ayurveda-based health and plan a Panchakarma center, outlining steps to establish it.

The group will be held in the Doulas Public Library in Castle Rock.

We will be discussing the problem of deteriorating public health and looking for solutions.

I would like to suggest a few initiatives that can improve health in a community substantially. It is a holistic approach to healthcare based on Ayurveda. It is a community project where everyone can become a stakeholder, where ownership is shared between community members and community members bring necessary skills and expertise, funding for the project implementation.

This is a proposal to setup a Panchakarma Center for community members. The reason for this is the staggering number of mental health issues, cancer, heart and other diseases. This is the list of conditions where you use Panchkarma treatment:

* **Tiredness and laziness throughout the day**
* **Unexplained body pain**
* **Unclear mind**
* **Bad breath**
* **Thick layer coating on the tongue**
* **Frequent diarrhea and vomiting**
* **Uncontrollable food craving**
* **Improper wake and food cycles**
* **Constipation**
* **Bloating and gas**
* **Acid Reflux**
* **Skin issues, jaundice**
* **Chronic Fatigue**
* **Joint pain**
* **Digestive disorders, gastro-intestinal issues**

**It helps eliminate deep-seated toxins and promote gut health.**

* **Anxiety, stress, insomnia**
* **Obesity**
* **Diabetes**
* **High Blood Pressure, cholesterol**
* **Cerebral palsy**
* **Deteriorating eyesight**
* **Asthma; chronic colds, and allergies**
* **Inflammatory conditions**
* **Arthritis**
* **Neurological disorders**
* **Lower back pain**
* **Sinusitis**
* **Neck stiffness**
* **Migraines**
* **Cognitive functions impairment**
* **Varicose veins, gout**
* **Certain types of hypertension**
* **Chronic ulcers**
* **Want to rejuvenate body and mind through natural detox**

I believe it is a good solution to increasing health concerns. This topic will be discussed at the meeting. I will send a presentation and more information about what is required to set up a Panchakarma facility.
