​​Join us online for Saturday Community Practice! This is an ongoing community that meets live online every week. This community is intended to support your consistent and dedicated practice.

​​​Guided meditations and instruction will be given every week with the hope you can take into your daily practice. There will be time for questions after a short talk.

​​​Come early for an optional silent sit or arrive at 8 for the schedule guided meditation.

An intimate meditation class centered around the practice of Mindful Awakening. Guided meditation in classic mindfulness techniques as well as Direct path teachings and pointers. ​Time for questions, reports, and reflection. Followed by tea, cookies, and social time.

​Meditators of all levels welcome!

Taught by Christopher Kelly, Ph.D. who has had the good fortune of training with some of the world's best living teachers including mindfulness with Shinzen Young, neo-advaita with Adyashanti, and many retreats in the Thai Forest Tradition with Luang Por Passano.
