Join Men’s Embodiment Coach & Somatic Practicioner, [Josh Foxen](https://www.embodiedlifecoach.com/ "https://www.embodiedlifecoach.com/") for an opportunity to find and express your authentic masculine energy in community.
Together we will create and hold space to drop in somatically and connect to our internal landscapes, share vulnerably with a group of supportive men, and develop a sense of community as we navigate life's wins and challenges.

**When:** Every 2nd Monday of the month from 6:30- 8:00p

**Where:** 8402 SE Clatsop, Portland, OR --> Street parking available

**What to bring:**

* You will be engaging in meditation/breath work so please bring a mat to lay on and any blankets/pillows to make yourself comfortable
* Your Journal and writing utensil

**Cost:** Free/Donation (suggested $10 - $25)

**\*\*\*NOTE:** This workshop is created for people who identify as men, only. We welcome all ages, races, religions, and sexual orientations. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Step into the timeless ritual of tea and the raw magic of the written word.

*Puer and Poetry* is an intimate morning devoted to the puer spirit—the eternal youth, the wild dreamer, the untamed one within—and the alchemy of poetic expression.

With serving tea in the ritual of Gong Fu style, we will have the earthly depth root us into our body wisdom, as we give ourselves the opportunity to write poetic expressions that come from sitting with Puer.

What to Expect:

We will open up the ritual with an inspired poem, as we begin our communion with sharing Puer.

Throughout the experience, you will be invited to write poetry inspired by the openness of the creative channel that the tea helps you cultivate.

We will end with an opportunity to share/to listen, and to receive a soothing sound meditation for integration.

Come with your voice, your journal and your open heart. All genders and genres welcome. No experience in poetry or tea required.

If the weather permits, we will sit in the tea temple outside and be inspired by mother earth.

**About:**
Join the Healing Circle Community every month for an intentional gathering to honor the lunar cycles (full and new moon) that will take place inside of the sanctuary of our new home.

Through ceremonial practices like breathwork, ancient cacao medicine, drum journeying, sound healing, and poetic spoken word, we will gather to engage in rituals of open-hearted empowerment while we cleanse our emotional bodies and release what no longer serves us as we welcome more abundance and aligned energy into our lives.

Prepare to gain clarity on what you need to release and how to move forward.

Let us gather in ceremony and explore deeper together.

**What to Expect:**
During this ceremony, we will combine the powerful magic of clarity and manifestation practices, Breathwork, Shamanic journeying & Sound Healing with ancient ceremonial Cacao medicine to open our hearts, connect inward, and reflect on our current life path.
We will journey to uncover what is both in and out of alignment in our paths and release what no longer serves us so that we can create spaciousness for new bounties of abundance, love and truth to be welcomed in this next season of our lives.

**In our time together you will...**

* Experience an open-hearted Ancient Cacao Ceremony paired with a powerful Shamanic healing journey (deep meditation) to guide your journey ahead
* Engage in a transformational ceremonial breathwork practice designed to help you breakthrough and release stuck and unserving energy to call in the energy you most desire
* Receive a sound bath & Reiki healing throughout your journey to activate high-vibrational healing
* Practice reflective journaling and intention-setting practices
* Release out-dated energies that are no longer in alignment
* Experience deep healing within while feeling supported by a loving and conscious community
* Connect to your ancestors, guides and higher realms to access love and support
* Heal wounds from your ancestral lineage
* Discover and activate your own inner power and healing gifts

**What to Bring:**

* Wear loose clothing
* An eye pillow for breathwork and meditation
* Yoga mat and any blankets/pillows to make yourself comfortable
* A journal and something to write with
* Any fruits/flowers/sacred items to add to the altar as an offering
* Photographs, heirlooms, and other mementos that might represent what you hope to call in for this next cycle
* Please avoid eating anything heavy 1-2 hours beforehand
