**Your First Deal Starts Here: Getting Started With Wholesaling & Real Estate Investing**

Have you been wanting to get into real estate but don't know where to start? Join us for this month's Huntsville Deal Maker meetup, where we're breaking down wholesaling, one of the most practical ways to get your first deal done.

Our featured speaker is **Evan McCuen**. He's a real estate investor, coach, and loan consultant, the founder of RHED Key Properties, and he has completed more than 150 real estate transactions. Evan will walk us through how wholesaling works and how to get started, including how to:

* Find motivated sellers and off-market deals
* Run the numbers and know what to offer
* Build a cash buyers list for wholesale deals
* Get your first deal under contract
* Avoid costly beginner mistakes

Whether you're brand new or already have a few deals behind you, come network, learn, and grow with other local investors.
📅 **Monday, November 9, 2026**
🕠 **Networking starts at 5:30 PM**
📍 **InnerSpace Brewing Company, Huntsville**
🍕 **Completely free for everyone, and pizza is included!** Donations are welcome.
Real connections. Real opportunities. We hope to see you there!
