Led by Lisa Lowe, certified Mindfulness Teacher with 20 years' experience, this weekly event features a short talk, followed by a 20 minute meditation, and time for questions afterward.

The only prerequisite is a sincere desire to experience the benefits of mindfulness in a small, respectful community online.

We've had participants from other cities, other states, Europe, and as far away as New Zealand, so you do not need to live in Denver to join us!

All are welcome.

Tools For Mindfulness 2026

Our Winter course focuses on deeply nourishing stews and broths, while learning about the Kidneys, Bone health, and the value of deep reflection.

How the program goes:

1\. We start with our kick\-off call on Thursday\, January 15th \- 5:30pm Mountain Time\. This is our opportunity to meet each other\, learn about how the program will go\, and get your questions answered\. You will receive the Winter Handbook\, Recipe book\, Shopping List\, and other assets\. The call \(all calls\) will be recorded for your convenience\, but it's highly recommended to attend\.

2\. THEN \- each morning at 8:30am Mountain Time\, Lisa will be on zoom with you for a 30\-45 min coaching call\. This is where we support each other as we learn about clean eating\, detoxing\, and following the seasonal wisdom teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine\. These are also recorded for you\.

3\. Each day you'll receive the recording and follow\-up materials to help you go deeper if you like\.

4\. At the end\, our last call will wind things up with a recap and resources for follow\-on learning and support\!

*At one time, all human beings lived according to the seasons and natural transitions of nature. We knew that when the seasons shifted, our energy, emotions and body also changed. The foods that were naturally available would be different.*

*There would be no raw greens in the winter time, so we bundled up and feasted on the bounty we had stored in the form of rich meat broths with roots and berries we had dried ourselves.*

*When spring came, we delighted in green shoots, flowers, fish and lighter fare. Each season brings new lessons from nature and the elements.*
