**Jeff Richards** has +30 years of experience supporting AEC firms in the use of CAD and BIM technology. He is a seasoned expert able to translate the complexities of design into practical, real-world applications in construction and back again using 3D modeling.
With a career spanning architecture, landscape architecture, survey, mep engineering and baggage handling, Jeff started **BIM Over CAD** intent on empowering firms and professionals in adopting Building Information Modeling.
