1. Detach from the front lines
2. Remind yourself of your goals
3. make a plan to finish strong

Along the way we are going to enjoy great food, breath-work, coaching and a profound REMINDER.

**What you need to bring:**

* Backpack with some weight that you are comfortable hiking 4 miles with
* Journal/Pen
* Water
* Optional but recommended: Your Year/Quarter goals that you set in 2025
