### **Intro to Dream Yoga**

**An Open House on the Gnostic Esoteric Science of Conscious Dreaming- Refreshments served**

Dreams are not random images of the mind—they are doorways.
Join us for a special **Intro to Dream Yoga Open House**, an experiential introduction to the **esoteric science of dreaming as taught in the Gnostic tradition**. This ancient discipline reveals how the dream state can become a powerful path for self-knowledge, healing, and spiritual awakening.

In the Gnostic teachings—preserved and clarified in modern times by masters such as Samael Aun Weor—Dream Yoga is the practical art of awakening consciousness within the dream world. Rather than remaining unconscious while the body sleeps, we learn to **observe, remember, and ultimately become lucid** in the internal dimensions of nature and the psyche.

During this open house, you will explore:

* The difference between mechanical dreaming and conscious dreaming
* Why we spend one-third of our lives asleep—and what is possible during that time
* How dreams reveal our psychological patterns, fears, and hidden potentials
* The relationship between meditation, self-observation, and dream awareness
* The deeper purpose of Dream Yoga as a path toward inner awakening

This is not about dream interpretation alone. **Dream Yoga is a science of direct experience**—a method for developing awareness beyond the physical body and accessing higher states of consciousness with clarity and intention.

The evening will include an introductory lecture, and simple practical guidance, offering a taste of how Dream Yoga can be integrated into daily life and spiritual practice.
